Name(s)

Tree species

> Scarlet oak

Location

Narrative

This tree is important to us because we love trees and any tree that is not adopted on campus should be adopted. These urban trees are exposed to more extreme daily stresses than trees in more remote areas. We would like to adopt this tree in order to help preserve it in this nice little shaded area between Kelly Hall and the Markey Cancer Research Center.
