Narrative

This magnificent Bur Oak stands apart from the busy industrial landscape of S. Limestone. I was drawn to this tree because its presence really draws attention away from the fast-paced and often congested atmosphere it lives in. Amidst the construction, this broad tree and its encompassing canopy acts as a reminder of the beauty and aesthetic values that native trees bring to our campus community. By adopting this tree, I hope to continue to observe its resilience and ability to flourish within its environment.
