Narrative

My favorite tree is a black ash. Its leaves are very pretty. They grow opposite from each other and are a light green. The bark is a darker brown. I have seen many woodpeckers pecking on the bark of the tree. I have also seen a bunch of squirrels run up the tree. I have always enjoyed the shade of this tree. I like to sit under it when it is hot outside. I also like to look up at the tree and watch the birds. I find it calming when I just want to relax. I really love the beauty of this tree. I think it has pretty leaves especially in the fall when they turn a bright yellow-orange. When I was little I would gather up all the leaves from the tree and jump and play in them. This was my favorite thing to do in the fall. I remember how much fun I had. This black ash really is a great addition to my home. I think it makes the house look very pretty, with all its beautiful leaves and bark. It also has many amazing benefits like shade and energy reduction. I hope to care for this tree in the future, and hope that it grows into an even more beautiful tree than it already is.
