Narrative

Our tree is a Red Maple. We chose this tree because it has been there throughout our entire time here at Christ the King School. It has provided shade for us for many years on hot days during recess. The seeds on the tree are like little helicopters when they fall off the tree.  We also think it is important to keep this tree in very good shape because it was dedicated to a little four year old boy that died of a fatal illness. We don't want the tree to die because then the dedication to the little boy dies.
